However, the Undertaker will not pay any compensation to any Applicant that has failed to submit a proposal within the specified deadline or that has submitted a proposal that is considered unacceptable in light of the requirements of the documents of the Call or that has been disqualified.(V) Cycle of Design: The turnaround period of design at the Proposal Phase is 89 days. It is planned to release the documents of the Call on May 27, 2022 (Beijing time, the same hereinafter), and Applicants shall submit deliverables on August 24, 2022.
